Midland began in 1996 with our founder, Shahul Hameed V, and a small team who believed that essential public works deserve to be done properly — because families, schools and businesses depend on them every day.
That belief has guided us for more than 25 years. The projects have grown — water-supply schemes, roads, bridges and telecom networks — but each one still comes down to something simple: clean water reaching a household tap, a safer road home, a community that is better connected.
None of it happens without people. We are grateful to our engineers, supervisors, drivers and office staff, and to the suppliers and partners who work alongside us. We grow by earning their trust, and our clients', one project at a time.
Founder & Managing Director
Shahul Hameed founded Midland in 1996 and has led it for more than 25 years. He believes good infrastructure starts with good people, and has built the company on long-standing relationships with clients, partners and the teams on site.
Director & CEO
Siddique leads planning and project control, making sure every site has what it needs to deliver on time and to standard. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK.
